The structure of the 6-30 centrifugal fan:
The Centrifugal fan is composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, transmission set and other parts. The impeller is welded by steel plate. And the blades are all 12 pieces, which are welded between the front disc. And the rear disc. 6-23 fan blades have a curved back plate shape, and the front disk has a hyperbola shape. 6-30 fan blades are backward inclined flat plate shape, the front disc is conical, and the impeller is corrected by static and dynamic balance. To ensure smooth operation, low noise, high strength and long service life.
Fan housing: Welded into a volute shell with steel plate, the overall structure. Inlet: The convergent air inlet is made into an integrated structure and is fixed on the inlet inside the cabinet with bolts. Transmission part: It consists of main shaft, bearing box, bracket, rolling bearing and pulley. (No. 5 is only for bracket and connecting angle steel for A-type transmission).
